Inclement Weather Day Activities

On a school cancellation day, it’s important to keep your kids physically and mentally active and healthy. Aim to get your kids moving for 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Physical activity will help your kids maintain a healthy weight, build muscles and strong bones, build strength and endurance and help relieve stress.  Taking some time to de-stress and relax will also help your kids' mental health.  Good mental health allows children to think clearly, develop socially and learn new skills
